Plant an herb garden for your rabbits indoors or outside worry free with these different varieties of bunny safe herbs. Herbs are really easy to grow and a great way to supplement your bunnies feed or for the other beneficial properties herbs can provide for your rabbits.

Herbs are healthy, beneficial and packed full of vitamins, nutrients and antioxidants and bring variety and balance into your rabbits diet. Not only are they healthy for rabbits to eat they can also offer remedies for some minor ailments, help prevent and alleviate some conditions and to boost their immune systems. They can also provide enrichment with different tastes and textures. You can give them as a fresh greens included with their leafy greens or even dried by sprinkling some into their hay pile which encourages them to forage for the herbs while eating their hay.

Use herbs in small amounts and introduce new ones slowly to your rabbits to keep them from having any stomach upset. We encourage you to thoroughly research all herbs before feeding or using for your rabbits. If you feel your bunny may be ill or sick, please seek veterinary care.
