I generally respond to all emails, form submissions and text messages within a few hours, even on the weekends. Feel free to text the number listed, send an email or fill out the form as these are the fastest ways to get a response. I do answer phone calls but a lot of times I’m working and filling orders or outside working in the gardens or tending to the chickens, so calls can be harder to take at times. Bella & Willow Take Customer Service Seriously!
These two girls are my sidekicks and think they are great “Supervisors”. They oversee everything that goes on around here! Customer service is very important to us and we strive to make sure our customers always have a good experience. If our customers are happy then that’s what helps us become successful! Without you, there is no us! And don’t worry… the girls get lots of treats, scratchies, belly rubs, head pats and attention while their “on duty”.
