At Bella Mia Farmstead we want our customers to be happy and have a great experience with us. In the event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we’ll always do our best to make it right with you! Contact us with the reason and let us know if you’re requesting a refund, partial refund, would like to return the item or exchange it.
Bella Mia Farmstead cannot accept returns of seeds. Any seeds returned to us by law, must be donated or destroyed, they cannot be resold. Any seeds returned to us will be at the customers expense and we will not reimburse the customer for shipping costs. Please do not return seeds to us. However, you may request a refund for seed items if they are received damaged. Contact us and provide photos of the item(s), a copy of your receipt, along with the reason you are requesting a refund. We are unable to offer refunds solely due to growth performance. Once the seeds leave us there are too many factors that are out of our control that determine the success of the seed(s), such as poor soil, lack of light, temperature, overwatering, underwatering, overcrowding, etc.
All non seed items must be issued a return or exchange authorization from Bella Mia Farmstead. Once approved, we’ll provide directions on how to return the item(s) to us. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping and insurance costs unless otherwise specified by Bella Mia Farmstead in the authorization. All returned items must be unused, in the condition they were received and in their original packaging along with a copy of your receipt. Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you via email that we received it and if it was approved. If approved, we will issue a refund and credit will be applied to your original method of payment. If you requested an exchange, if approved, once we receive the returned item we will process your exchange and ship the item(s) out to you. We only replace items that are damaged or defective. Bella Mia Farmstead cannot control the speed of credit issued by the payment processor or your bank.
Bella Mia Farmstead is not responsible for damage due to UPS, USPS or FedEx handling of the package. A claim will need to be filed by the customer with them directly for reimbursement due to damage during shipping or transit.
Bella Mia Farmstead reserves the right to refuse return or exchange requests. We will provide a reason for the refusal to you by email within 7-10 business days upon request or once we’ve received the item.
Refunds, returns and exchanges are only considered within 14 days of the original purchase date. After 14 days, all returns and exchanges will be denied.
Shipping and handling, gift cards, gift certificates, rewards that are used during purchase and downloadable products are all non-refundable. All sales are final on these items.
Cancellations
Once you’ve placed an order with us and your payment has been processed, cancellation amounts will depend on where in the que your order is. This will determine the ability and amount of a potential refund. If your order is processing and we haven’t began packing it yet, once the cancellation is approved, we’ll refund the purchase price to your method of payment used during checkout. If your order is processing and we’ve already began packing it, once the cancellation is approved, we’ll refund the purchase price minus a restocking fee of 15%. If your order is complete and has already been packed and shipped, the refund and returns policy above will apply.
